
Low Fat Macaroni Cheese
Low Fat Macaroni Cheese Recipe
- 60g – Pasta
- 75g – Low Fat Cheese (Grated)
- 2 Chicken stock cubes to make 1 Ltr of stock
- 1 Tbsp – Dried Parsley
- 1 Tbsp – Corn flour
- Salt and Pepper
Step One
Firstly start by pouring boiling water to a pan and adding the pasta.
Step Two
Make up the 1ltr chicken stock with the cubes and boiling water then pour into a pan and add the tablespoon of corn flour bring to the boil, once the sauce has thickened turn the heat down to a simmer
Next add 50g of the reduced fat cheese, dried parsley, salt and pepper
Once cooked, take the pasta off the heat and drain then pour the cheese sauce all over the pasta
Step Three
Sprinkle with parsley, salt and pepper and the remaining 25g of reduced fat cheese and grill for 5 minutes to add colour.
