Apache Brave was set up in 2007 by Richard Watson MFHT MHFST, with the aim of delivering the best service on sports massage therapy, personal training & nutritional advice to sports people and the general public who wants to look after their health.
Richard's services and treatments as a personal trainer and sports massage therapist, providing the general public and sports athletes alike with massage treatments plus guidance on nutrition and fitness training. Richard wants to reach out to everybody to so show you the benefits of what the health and fitness industry can promote, because it's what he believes himself.
It was the passion of Richard Watson the founder of Apache Brave that drove Richard’s beliefs to the pubic, his desire to accomplish a healthier and more natural life for everyone, has lead him to research the four corners of the health and fitness world in the pursuit of total fitness and then tell you the secrets of what he has learned.

Richard has been involved in the fitness industry since 1990, working at many sports centres and being involved coaching children in schools, and treating elite athletes, he has treated international sports men and women using his valuable knowledge of the human body to help them back to sporting glory. Richard has fitness trained many sports teams as well as personally training individual clients. Richard has been head massage therapist at an international tournament and a massage therapist to the New Zealand women hockey team at a tournament in 2007. He knows what it takes to succeed in sport and in achieving a healthy lifestyle balance. Richard continues to expand his knowledge in the health and fitness industry.
Richard was very sporty during his time at school winning many awards and trophies from athletics, rugby, football and hockey, and he also won the prestigious schools sportsman of the year award in 1989. Richard has also represented Coventry and Warwickshire as a school boy in athletics. Richard's career started when if left school enrolling onto a sports college course where he soon learned many different coaching techniques and achieved several coaching awards. After his college time he has worked at schools passing on his knowledge to children ranging from 5 year olds to 18 year olds. Richard has also worked for the English F.A running football camps in school holidays. Richard has been involved as a player, coach and as a sports therapist to many football teams from the professional clubs like Bristol Rovers, to semi-professional clubs (Nuneaton Borough, Solihull Borough to name a few) and at local grass roots football. He knows what it takes to succeed at all levels and how dedicated you need to be to achieve your goals. Richard's passion is now in sports therapy and fitness training he wants to reach the top while still passing on his valuable expertise to the local athlete and the general public.
