Turbo Classes
There is nothing more frustrating in the winter than not being able to get out on the road, and completing your training schedule due to bad weather. So you have decided on training in your garage with your turbo machine, GREAT!
You complete your training for the day, job done, right? In a way yes, but we have a better solution to get the most out of you & your equipment. Turbo Class is only second to training on the road. Bring yourself, your bike & your turbo machine to our class & be pushed all the way with our ABCC coach, you will soon be reaching that next level of fitness that you could never reach just training alone in that cold garage.

Only £ 5 per class
please arrive around 6.15pm for a start of 6.30pm
We hold our turbo classes in the Eastern Green Village Hall, Coventry.
Classes are held every Tuesday through the winter period.
The hall can easily hold over 30 cyclists.
