If you are looking to lose weight, get fit for an event, recovering from an injury or just enjoy being trained by a professional then you need our Personal Trainer service. If you want a workout in your home we can provide our services over the internet using Skype or we can come to your home and put you through your paces in person.

Why choose us? Not only do we deliver great personal workouts on a 1 to 1 basis but you can also gain the benefit of a massage straight after your workout, aiding quicker recovery & a happier you, all within the same price so saving you money and time.

Training on your own

You don't need a trainer to work with but still need a workout programme. Once we know your fitness requirements we will design you a workout programme that you can work to on your own whether that's at your local gym or in your home. Each programme is 4 weeks long & can be sent to your iphone, windows phone, or a progio device alternatively direct to your email on your PC

Uniquely to us

If you live to far away from us, or you want to take the next step in personal training in your home, then why not try our internet service, set up your web cam & PC & join on one of our personal training sessions via a Skype link, gaining that personal training service LIVE.

Session

All face to face initial session will include a case history, and will take 50 - 60 minutes depending on the workout plan. You can combine your sessions with our massage service to gain the best of both worlds.

Personal Training sessions can be performed at your home or in a public place i.e. park, sports hall, running track. We provide all our own equipment if needed, we currently do not have a gym to work from.
